RETURNS…OMG! SHUTUP! YOU WANT TO RETURN YOUR PRODUCT?!
- We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
- We require an RMA for all returns or exchanges; please login into your account and fill out the form found here to process your return.
- Returned items must be in original condition, including tags, booklets, and labels. Basically, it better not be opened! (We’ve got our eye on you!!)
- Refunds will be credited back to original payment source (i.e credit card, Paypal, etc.). So if you're expecting us to send you a hundred dollar bill instead of charging it back to your credit card you can forget it!! We're on to you.
- In order to receive a refund for merchandise that is defective (i.e. merchandise that arrives damaged and/or is missing parts, etc.) it MUST be reported to us within 5 days of delivery.
- You will be responsible for the return shipping costs of non-defective merchandise. What that means is that if you purchase a product and then just decide you don’t want it anymore, you’ll be paying to send it back to us (I mean, come on, that's only fair).
- If you ordered apparel in the wrong size, we will gladly exchange it for the right size, but you will be responsible for any/all additional shipping costs.
Packaging/Shipping your return
In order to receive a full refund for returned merchandise, please ensure the following criteria is met :
- The item(s) is unused and in its original packaging, with all accessories and/or documentation included.
- The item(s) is securely and properly packaged to avoid damage during transit.
- Returned items missing original packaging and/or documentation are subjected to a restocking fee that may exceed our usual 15%.
- Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- A restocking fee may be applied in any of the following instances: non-defective merchandise, orders “refused” without authorization, any return that is not the result of defective/damaged merchandise or shipping error
How do I request a return?
To return an item, you must first login to your account and fill out our return form found here. Once you have submitted your return request a customer service representative will review your case and contact you with forther instruction.
Can I return something I received as a gift?
No, unfortunately only the person who purchased the item can get the item returned or refunded by contacting us. We know, that puts you in kind of an awkward situation with the gift-giver, but FEAR NOT because we have a great excuse you can use…just say you already have the item they got you! Duh!
How long do returns take to process?
Return processing can take up to 2 weeks for U.S. returns and up to approximately 6 weeks for international (depending on customs and all that stuff). If you have not received a refund after that time, please contact Customer Service with your RMA number for more information via phone or email. Remember, we cannot refund you any money until we have received the product BACK from you and checked it to make sure it’s still in useable/workable/perfect condition all sealed and nice-like!
